Terms of Service

1. The service

Redaline ("we", "us") provides an AI image generation and editing service at redaline.art. You submit a prompt, and optionally a photo, and the service returns a generated image. Access requires an account and is metered in tokens.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Redaline.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tokens & payments

• Tokens are a prepaid usage credit with no cash value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable, and never expire.
• Purchases are processed in Bitcoin via BTCPay Server. A payment is final once it settles on-chain; tokens are credited automatically at that point.
• Tokens are deducted only for successful generations. Failed generations are not charged.
• Prices may change; changes never affect tokens you already hold.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights you hold in photos you upload, and you own the images you generate, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• You grant us the limited license needed to process your uploads and store your results so the service can function.
• You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any photo you upload, including the consent of any identifiable person in it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Redaline to create or distribute:

• Sexual or intimate imagery of any real, identifiable person without their explicit consent;
• Any sexual content involving minors, in any form — attempts will result in an immediate ban and reports to authorities;
• Content that harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person, or that presents generated images as authentic to deceive;
• Content that is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

We may remove content and terminate access for violations, without refund of tokens used in violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI output is probabilistic; we do not guarantee any particular result.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a salted, hashed form of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Usage data: your token balance, purchase records (amount, price, and the BTCPay invoice ID), and your generation history (prompts, settings, and result images).
• Payment data: handled by BTCPay Server. We never see or store card numbers, wallet keys, or personal payment credentials — only the invoice ID and its status.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no sale or sharing of your data with third parties.
• No training of AI models on your uploads or results.
• The only third-party requests your browser makes are for fonts.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.

Storage & retention

Your uploads and generated images are stored on our servers so your creations remain available to you. You can delete your account and its data by contacting us; generated images and account records are then removed.
